Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of customer service across the stores and handle customer complaints
Supervising, training and motivating sales staff to provide quality customer service, cleanliness and store merchandising
Recruit and train highly motivated staff
Plan and organize daily operations of the stores
Coordinate visual merchandising standards
Ensuring sales staff's professional appearance and behavior
Evaluating the progress and development of the store's team

Skills required:

Leadership and management skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
sales oriented
Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
Minimum experience of 1 year in retail
