CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Technology Group based in Cyprus that provides powerful CRM technologies and solutions to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit Transaction & Monitoring Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing transaction data for irregularities, ensuring smooth payment processing. As a Transaction and Monitoring Specialist, you will work closely with technical teams to resolve transaction processing issues. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 1-2 years of experience in transaction monitoring, preferably working in the Payment Solutions and/or Forex industries, who are familiar with financial compliance requirements and fraud prevention strategies. An attractive remuneration package is available to the successful candidate based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze transaction data for irregularities, ensuring smooth payment processing.
  • Investigate suspicious transactions and collaborate with the compliance team to prevent fraud.
  • Track transaction metrics and compile detailed reports for Management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance transaction monitoring efficiency.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve transaction processing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform monitoring practices.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in transaction monitoring, preferably in the Payment Solutions and/or Forex industries.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance requirements and fraud prevention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and detect transaction anomalies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively reporting findings to management.
  • Proficient in transaction monitoring software and related tools.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
