Our client is a well-established and large Fintech company with headquarters in Greece, looking for a Head of Sales to be based in Athens, or already be living there.

Responsibilities :
Interacting with clients across the globe
Scouting for and developing relationships with potential partners & clients, to grow our business
Support the preparation of the business development forecast and budgets by producing monthly sales forecasts and reports
Excellent leadership skills – You will lead a team so you should show strong skills in inspiring, caring and nurturing to ensure your team always feel motivated.
Manages performance within the team, setting targets and offers ongoing coaching and training
Ensure team members meet targets and objectives consistently
Represent the company externally at Expo’s, Conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements as required
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
Provide support services with soft sales approach
Monitoring team activity and reporting to the management of the company
Assisting with preparation of marketing materials and campaigns
Assisting with improving internal systems and procedures
Implementing department procedures and keeping clear records (updating department manuals, policies and procedures)
Participating in audits
Culture Champion

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar position
Holder of CySEC Certificate will be considered an advantage
Ability to multitask, goal oriented
Coaching skills
Forex and Market Knowledge
Fluent English. Additional Languages will be an asset
Outstanding relationship building skills
Attention to detail
Capability to work and succeed in the fast pace and ever-changing environment
Willingness to reach and exceed targets, overachiever mentality

Attractive Base Salary + Bonus and Commission
+13th and 14th Salary
