Overview

Our client is the leading marketplace in Cyprus and they are looking to employ an organised and passionate individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant/ PA Admin.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Provide support to the CEO, Operations manager and other senior managers.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
Liaising with any suppliers or external partners of the company
Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Assist in producing various (monthly and ad hoc) reports in the office (e.g., Sales and payroll)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Must be technology savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
Fluent in Greek and English

This is a permanent full-time position working the core opening hours of the business Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. It is a Remote-based job and you can work anywhere in the world. Extended working hours will be sometimes required according to business needs
