This Alternative Investment Management Company, regulated by CySEC, is looking for an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings. He/she should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. The person should have a friendly personality in order to effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Answering telephone calls and emails
Organizing meetings and managing databases
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Preparing letters, presentations etc.
Booking transport and accommodation
Organizing company events
Ordering food / stationery / furniture etc.
Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean
Fluency in Russian, English, Greek speaking
Some years of experience in office administration and office management
Driving license B
Highly stress resistant
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
EU-citizenship / Visa is a must
The working hours are 9.30am-16.30am (including 1-hour lunch break)
The company is offering a salary of 1,700 Euros gross per month during the probation period + medical insurance + parking.
After the probation period, the salary will be updated and the employee will be added to company’s medical plan.
