Overview

Our client is a Single Family Office with offices in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit a Russian-speaking Business and Corporate Administrator to join the team

Only candidates without any work permit requirements will be considered

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Banking Relations and the CEO and responsible for the following

Responsibilities:
Inputting data to online banking systems for payments execution
Manage financial transactions processing within in-house software system
Preparation and assessment of supporting documentation for transactions
Oversee and communicate potential issues related to execution of payments
Assist in analysis of the financial flow (financial transactions)
Assist in management, registration, maintenance of the Client’s legal entities
Assist in preparation of reports for various audits
Maintain accurate and up to date records of the Client
Ensure a prompt and professional service is provided to the Client
Handle special projects as needed for the Family Office management team

Requirements and skills:
Proven experience in Financial Institutions
Attention to details including accuracy and punctuality with financial figures
Fluent Russian and English is a must, Greek is considered as advantage
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Valid work permit or EU citizenship

We offer: 
3000 to 3300 EUR gross monthly salary based on experience
Corporate SIM card with a mobile device
Medical insurance (upon probation completion)
Gym compensation up to 70 EUR a month (upon probation completion)
Friday corporate lunch
Quarterly corporate events
