Overview

Our client, a Marketing Solutions Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit an Office Manager / Front Desk / Secretary who will take care of the whole range of office processes. This is an office job (no remote working).

Responsibilities:
Office maintenance – keep office tidy and comfortable;
Delivery and courier service management: catering, stationary, kitchen supplies, daily incoming/outgoing correspondence;
Work and communication with contractors to solve various office issues;
Daily Reporting to Assistant Director;
Lunch order management and follow up;
Simple paperwork assistance and document filing;
Assistance in event planning and arrangements;
Other Ad-hoc tasks from management;

Requirements:
Previous experience as a front desk / office manager / secretary or personal assistant;
Fluent English is a must, Greek is a plus, any other language – advantageous;
Highly organized – multitasker;
Proactive.

Working hours:
The working hours are 8:30-17:00, half an hour lunch, or 8:30-17:30 – 1 hr lunch, Monday to Friday.
