Overview

One of our clients in Limassol, a Forex Company, is looking for a Marketing Manager who is experienced within the financial industry as a brand & product marketing manager, to develop and promote the company’s brand and its competitive advantages.

Responsibilities:
Grow brand awareness and customer demand in dedicated regions
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and advertising campaigns
Analyze regional markets and competitors, develop competitive advantages
Create and develop positioning and customer value
Measure & report product marketing and advertising campaigns performance
Make data-driven decisions, run campaigns & improve performance
Plan, define and coordinate activities of marketing projects
Work with the Product, Sales, Acquisition, and Marketing Operation teams to develop marketing materials to promote the brand and its products
Communicate with cross-functional teams on deliverable expectations and oversee their respective timely completion
Research our markets consumer preferences then target and segment your customers effectively based on this research
Keep abreast of key market trends, primary competitors, and relative product positioning
Collaborate with marketing operations to develop website and create marketing content
Research our market’s consumer preferences then target and segment our customers effectively based on this research
Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-proposition
Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning
Research and analyze consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity
Ensure compliance and adherence of the company’s business, regulatory and brand guidelines
Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand or product marketing (ideally in Forex, CFDs or iGaming/Gambling industries)
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in South Asia, Africa, LATAM, and India
Good organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Any other language will be consider an advantage
Data-driven and creative marketing acumen
Experience in unit economics management, business intelligence (PowerBi/Metabase), and project management suites (Jira/Clickup) is an advantage
Knowledge or experience in managing Budgets
Self-motivated
Creative, energetic, and proactive personality.

Working hours:
The working hours are 09:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m.
