Overview

Our client is an IT Solutions Provider in Limassol looking to recruit a Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Support shipments from central distribution center in Czech Republic to local subsidiaries and customers at various destinations including EU, UK, CIS, NA and ME
Communicate with central transportation planning department on freight arrangement for each shipment
Participate in customs clearance procedures, providing all the required documents to the customers. Solving any issues with the customs.
Work with 3PL warehousing provider controlling storage, picking, and packing processes.
Issue invoices and send required shipping documents to customers.
Be able to advise on optimal logistics solution for each shipment.

Requirements:
BA or similar degree – supply chain/logistics focus is a plus.
Over 1 year experience in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics/Warehousing.
Fluent English and spoken and written. Knowledge of Russian will be advantage.
Experience with ERP systems such as Exact, SAP etc. is a plus.

Working hours:
The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am till 6pm (lunch break from 1pm – 2pm)
