Our client is a CySEC licensed FX Company who are expanding their team and they are looking to hire a Hebrew Monitoring Officer to join their team based in Limassol.

The successful candidate will be provided with opportunities to engage with compliance issues and monitoring functions within a fast-moving industry.

Monitoring recorded calls daily
Monitor the quality and type of communication delivered to Clients.
Monitor whether external communication complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Track and identify key issues and report them with feedback to the Head of the Compliance Department
Evaluate Call Quality based on the company’s Standard Operating Procedures
Prepare monitoring reports and submit them to the Compliance Function.
Provide risk assessments of various scenarios.
Promote and maintain high standards of conduct.
Keep up-to-date records and files.
Any other ad-hoc requested
Translate when needed and deemed necessary – not only related to call monitoring

Excellent knowledge of both Hebrew and English Language (oral and written).
Previous experience within a financial institution in the Compliance Department will be considered as an advantage.
Academic Qualifications in BA, Law, Compliance and/or any related field will be considered as an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
High integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Call Centre experience preferable.
Sales or Customer Support oriented and service experience preferable
Be a good listener and able to maintain confidentiality
Strong critical thinking skills
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Strong Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines on time
