Overview

Our client is a CySEC licensed Forex Company based in Limassol and they are now recruiting for an experienced Russian-speaking Head of Back Office. The ideal candidate would speak Russian and have an extensive understanding of funds reconciliation and PSPs operation.

Responsibilities:
Update and implementation of the Back Office procedures
Onboarding and due diligence of clients as per internal procedures
Monitoring of the clients’ profiles and activity
Processing of clients ‘ deposits/withdrawals
Daily reporting and its analysis
Preparing client information for CySEC quarterly and annual reports
Working on improvements of the internal systems in cooperation with IT Department

Key Requirements:
At least 3 years’ of experience in a Forex /CFD business
Experience in a similar role
CySEC Advanced/Basic Certificate
Deep knowledge of KYC principles, reconciliation of client funds, regulatory reporting
Extensive experience in working with PSP and banks
MT 5/4 Platforms proficiency
Fluency in business English and Russian
Process oriented and attention to details
Self-motivated and proactive team player

Working hours:
The working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday – Friday
