Overview

Our client, a Software Services Company for the online dating sector based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of German-speaking Customer Service Agent who is hungry for success. In this role you will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities:
Provide our B2C members a fantastic service experience over WhatsApp, chat and email
Have the best solution for our members’ requests on hand
Answer all kind of questions about the services and products of the company
Support potential members during sign-up
Coordinate deliveries and repairs with the local operations teams

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and / or a customer facing job, preferably one focused on a customer service experience
Passion for dealing with people and a strong problem-solving competence
Find motivation in going the extra mile to really please your customers
Fluency in German and English
Curious and excited to work constantly on improvements
Have very good prioritization and communication skills

Working hours:
Working hours: 9am – 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
