This big international Corporate Services Company is looking for a Client Account Manager – Marine Services who will be responsible for the overall management of payroll and HR administration of a portfolio of clients, which includes correspondence, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and liaising with clients and the clients’ employees. The successful candidate will report directly to the senior manager and will manage the day-to-day needs of their clients while also being responsible for a team of client account executives.

Liaising with clients, employees and external bodies such as international authorities, banks and pension providers
Corresponding in writing with clients, employees and external bodies
Managing payroll data, production of payroll reports and invoicing
Line management responsibilities
Managing client bank accounts and payments in line with statutory and contractual deadlines
Reconciling all general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
Entity administration
Adhering to high customer service standards and following bespoke service level agreements
Preparing employment contracts for execution
Preparing addendums and letters when needed
Working alongside various jurisdictions
Collating and filing personnel records
Other general HR and payroll administration duties as required

Strong organisational skills
Payroll knowledge and experience working in a busy environment
Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional liabilities (tax, insurances, etc.)
Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage and work as part of a team, while motivating staff and working under pressure
Ability to work in a methodical, numerate, accurate and efficient manner while meeting deadlines within a high-pressure environment
Good use of initiative and ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional management of client relationships
Commercial awareness

The salary is based on skills and experience + 13th salary + medical insurance
