Our client is a CySEC licensed FX Company who are expanding their team and they are looking to hire a Back Office Officer to join their team based in Limassol.

The role will be responsible for the opening of new accounts with client’s deposits and withdrawals of funds and the provision of credit or loans in accordance with the provision set above. Also, responsible for keeping maintenance and updating of all clients’ files.

Performing KYC and due diligence checks;
Ongoing clients monitoring for AML purposes;
Registration and opening of new clients’ accounts in the Company’s software;
Amending and terminating clients’ accounts in the Company’s software;
Settlement of transactions (deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers);
Monitoring of the transactions performed through the Company comparison thereof to the instruction received and sorting of any discrepancies;
Record keeping of executed transactions (available in electronic form on the MTS and MT4);
Sending accounts’ statements upon request;
Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.);
Handling of customers’ complaints;
Registering disputes and chargebacks;
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Additional languages (Hebrew, Dutch, Spanish) will be considered an advantage
Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
Attention to detail and target oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Basic/Advanced CySec examination will be considered as an advantage
Experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry at least 1 year
University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar

Salary up to 1,700 EUR gross based on experience.

Working hours:
Working days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 12:00 – 21:00 or 14:00 – 23:00 (rotation)
