We have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator whose role will be the integrity, availability and security of company’s IT infrastructure along with all hosted applications, websites and data. The senior SA accompanied by Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for the administration, installation, updates deployment of all Infrastructure components, such as Virtual/Physical Servers, Zero Clients, phone systems, mobile devices, networking equipment, and all related software, applications, websites and data.


  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, reconfigurations of physical and virtualized servers, network devices and SAN infrastructure.
  • Assist Helpdesk Technician in monthly maintenance and patching of IT environment.
  • Provide timely and effective support of company’s HQ Site, DR/BC site and branches during business hours as well as after-hours, if needed.
  • Provide operational support of Email & SQL server (SQL queries).
  • Manage VOIP phone system.
  • Administration of network and server monitoring and alerting solutions
  • Provide 2nd & 3rd level support and escalate incidents as necessary.
  • Facilitate data replications, backups and restore.
  • Manage AD end user accounts, permissions, group policies, access rights, storage allocations, systems and applications.
  • Create and maintain diagrams, policies, procedures, and any additional technical documentation required.
  • Report directly to IT manager and effectively communicate project status and tasks as required.
  • Manage Help desk technician.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to ramp-up quickly and learn new applications from both business and technical aspects.
  • The ideal candidate must have a degree and/or certificates in Information Technology or in a related field
  • Friendliness and good interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with Windows 2016/2019, VMware.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Administrating Active Directory.
  • Good networking knowledge of IP addressing/subnets, DNS, DHCP
  • Establishing and troubleshooting network connectivity LAN/WAN/TCP-IP.
  • Storage Devices including RAID arrays & SAN/NAS technology.
  • E-mail troubleshooting & spam control

Preferable Skills:

  • Administration and configuration of Citrix Infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Terminal Server Environments
  • Administrating Microsoft office 365
  • Administrating Backup and Replication Solutions.
  • Administration of Firewalls

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science or related field preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in related role
  • 5+ years’ hands-on professional experience on Windows and VMware Environments, hardware, software and applications.
