Job Description
Our client is a HR Consultancy company offering services for Independent Financial Services (Forex/PSP/IT/ Finance/ Gaming ) companies in Cyprus. They are looking to onboard another Senior HR Officer to their existing and expanding team in Limassol.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Prepare and review HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and termination notices, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
Support the payroll process by verifying documentation and reconciling data, to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave management, ensuring consistent application of company procedures.
Support the Head of HR in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals, and development initiatives to support talent growth and organizational objectives.
Support the employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and corporate events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
Act as a key liaison between employees and management to foster effective communication and resolve workplace issues promptly.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of HR, contributing to continuous process improvement and organizational development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a Senior HR-related role, within the forex-fintech industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Strong oral and written knowledge of the English language.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of HR management systems.
Passionate, Committed, Resilient and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
