Qualifications/Skills:
  • Experience in immigration procedures will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage
  • Communication skills/handling out-of-office assignments/visiting public sector authorities
  • Organizational skills and secretarial office support skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • General administration/organization of the firm
  • Answering the phone
  • Corporate administration, including Registrar of Company filings.
  • Internal or external communication and correspondence management.
  • Case and file management, both physical and electronic.
  • General secretarial support to a team of advocates.
  • Financial and expense management.
  • Office support work
