Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in immigration procedures will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Communication skills/handling out-of-office assignments/visiting public sector authorities
- Organizational skills and secretarial office support skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- General administration/organization of the firm
- Answering the phone
- Corporate administration, including Registrar of Company filings.
- Internal or external communication and correspondence management.
- Case and file management, both physical and electronic.
- General secretarial support to a team of advocates.
- Financial and expense management.
- Office support work
