Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparing or amending job descriptions according to the company needs
  • Posting the job adverts on various job portals and managing the recruitment posting cycle
  • Assisting with the conduct of interviews including screening calls, assessment tests, in-house and online interviews
  • Screening and selection of incoming CVs applications from candidates
  • Liaise and organize interviews with candidates according to the hiring managers schedule
  • Taking part over any HR/ Recruitment procedures and processes

Other Administrative Duties

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Handling emails and customer correspondence
  • Assisting the Management Team in administrative matters
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources
  • At least 10 years of experience is needed
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages

General knowledge and skills 

  • Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and ability to multitask with ease
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, Word Excel & PowerPoint
