The Role

As part of the 3CX Operations and Marketing team, your primary role will be to ensure that our reception runs effectively. As the first point of contact for our office, you’ll be a naturally warm and welcoming person, happy to see people each day, and happy to answer telephone calls, take messages, welcome our visitors and make them a coffee. If we see you’re capable of even more, then we’ll add in some marketing admin work too.

About the Job

This is an entry level position suited to someone with limited work experience but loads of get up and go who’s excited at the opportunity to work in a major, international company with great prospects.

The daily responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reception management
  • Answering incoming calls and forwarding to relevant person
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating courier deliveries
  • Arranging weekly staff catering service
  • Assisting with IT Operations inventory record keeping
  • Assisting with Hotel bookings and travel arrangements
  • Arranging printing of Business Cards and Rollup banners if/when requested

Working Hours

  • Office working hours are 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is an office-based position. Some flexibility in terms of working hours can be considered.

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A naturally optimistic, warm and welcoming disposition
  • Able to deliver correct and concise information
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Language skills will be considered an advantage
