M.Y.C ESTATES LTD is looking for a Real Estate Marketing & Administration Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, organizing, planning and executing various company projects and tasks

• Deal on a daily basis with offline and digital marketing channels, ads, listings, campaigns.

• Develop the team following the Sales Director’s lead and in coordination with other team members via direct and daily contact with the Sales Director.

• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

• Communicating the marketing plan.

• Researching demand for our products and services.

• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

• Updates the properties of the website and searches for new properties for sale

Requirements:

• Highly organized, program-oriented, efficient and self-motivated.

• Able to work in teams but also take initiatives to solve fast-paced problems on the go.

• Posiive attitude combined with an excellent character and loyalty to the Executive’s mission.

Computer literacy skills,

Fluency in both Greek and English.
