Job Description

Our client is a Service Solutions Provider offering end-to-end support across compliance, operations, financial management, and back-office/verification services for various industries and are currently recruiting for a PSP Specialist to join the team at their Limassol offices.

Our client is a Solutions Service Provider offering end-to-end support across compliance, operations, financial management, and back-office/verification services for various providers.
Our compliance services cover regulatory monitoring, policy and procedure development, complaints handling, reporting, and investigations to ensure industry standards are met.
We deliver operational expertise through IT infrastructure support, staff assistance, project planning, and KPI monitoring to boost efficiency and growth.
Our financial consultancy includes bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, invoice review, cash flow analysis, tax support, budget preparation, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Additionally, we provide back-office support for service providers, including administrative assistance, payroll processing, document management, and specialized management training to strengthen decision-making and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new PSPs, banks, and EMIs to expand payment capabilities.
Assist new clients with payment setup and guide them through the onboarding process.
Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business development teams to streamline payment integrations.
Oversee onboarding timelines, track milestones, and act as the main point of contact for PSPs and financial partners.
Maintain accurate records of PSP agreements, onboarding procedures, and project timelines.
Continuously review and optimize payment processes for efficiency and automation.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth PSP operations and compliance alignment.

Requirements
Proven experience in PSP management, payment operations, or financial services (fintech, banking, or e-commerce preferred).
Strong understanding of PSPs, EMIs, banks, and settlement cycles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with compliance requirements (AML, PCI DSS, etc.) is an advantage.
