Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Technology Group based in Cyprus that provides powerful CRM technologies and solutions to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a PSP Onboarding Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners, ensuring a seamless transition, as well as collaborating with sales, compliance, and technical teams to align onboarding activities to company standards. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 1 year of experience in onboarding, preferably in the Payment Solutions and/or Forex industries. Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently are essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate with sales, compliance, and technical teams to align onboarding activities with Company standards.
  • Educate merchants on payment platform features and assist in integrating the payment solutions into their business models.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and provide relevant documentation or escalate to technical teams as needed.
  • Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements for merchants to ensure adherence.
  • Maintain detailed onboarding documentation and records for each merchant.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding, preferably in the Payment Solutions and/or Forex industries.
  • Familiarity with PSP (Payment Service Providers) and/ or financial technology solutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with technical teams.
  • Attention to detail, with a customer-oriented mindset.
