Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Global Performance Advertising Agency with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Product Manager to join their fully remote workforce. The successful applicant will lead the product team in developing best in class digital consumer services. You will manage designers, developers and content marketers to deliver on the company’s ambitious product strategy. Our client is seeking applicants who possess demonstrable experience launching successful digital services, who have knowledge of web development technologies being deployed as part of the product roadmap. As well as fully remote working conditions, our client offers a highly competitive salary, private medical insurance and an annual bonus scheme to their team members.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy. 
  • Own the product roadmap. 
  • Execute product strategy. 
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market. 
  • Plan and carry out product and feature launches. 
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success.
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market. 
  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages. 
  • Write high-level requirements. 
  • Support the Product Owner’s and Product Marketer’s with any questions they may have. 
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BSc/MBA degree.
  • Demonstrable experience launching successful digital services.
  • Experience working with technologies being used to develop the product (Javascript/Web Development).
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.
  • Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members.
  • Demonstrable experience in improving engagement and retention KPIs.
  • Expert at managing tight deadlines.
  • Ability to meet revenue targets.
