Overview

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and verifying employee data
  • Calculation and processing of monthly payroll figures, including deductions, commissions, benefits etc.
  • Balancing figures
  • Creating and distributing payslips
  • Updating payroll information for new starters, leavers etc.
  • Researching and resolving internal and external payroll queries
  • Preparing payroll reports
  • Preparation of employee contracts
  • Preparation of confirmations
  • Posting of sales / purchases invoices along with bank reconciliation for VAT purposes for a small clientele

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Presentation skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and priorities tasks and workload
  • The ability to accept and understand instructions
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner
  • Teamworking ability
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Fluent English and Greek
  • Basic VAT knowledge will be considered as advantage.
