Overview
Responsibilities
- Collecting and verifying employee data
- Calculation and processing of monthly payroll figures, including deductions, commissions, benefits etc.
- Balancing figures
- Creating and distributing payslips
- Updating payroll information for new starters, leavers etc.
- Researching and resolving internal and external payroll queries
- Preparing payroll reports
- Preparation of employee contracts
- Preparation of confirmations
- Posting of sales / purchases invoices along with bank reconciliation for VAT purposes for a small clientele
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Presentation skills and attention to detail
- The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
- The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and priorities tasks and workload
- The ability to accept and understand instructions
- Oral and written communication skills
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Teamworking ability
- Reliability and honesty
- Fluent English and Greek
- Basic VAT knowledge will be considered as advantage.
