Our firm is looking to recruit a Messenger/ Office Administrator, for our Limassol Offices.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide assistance in processing and sorting of outgoing mail
  • Deliver outgoing mail to assigned locations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide assistance in sorting and distributing of incoming mail
  • Undertake administrative duties including file archiving, setting up of conference rooms
  • Perform other back office related duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Valid driving licence for both a car and a motorcycle
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of the Greek and English languages
  • IT literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • Clean driving behaviour
