Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is undergoing a positive and exciting change. As we expand and improve our services, there are always new stories to tell. To help us drive this change, we are looking for a BMC Supervising Associate, who will contribute to shaping, implementing and delivering our marketing and communication strategy. You will be joining a creative team that is determined to deliver top-class service to our clients, internally and externally.

We have a new opportunity for a BMC Supervising Associate who will work with the BMC Leader and team to shape and execute marketing and communications strategies to support the firm’s growth and brand reputation and leverage internal and external communications, to increase engagement and be distinctive amongst current and future audiences. The successful candidate must have experience and a strong background in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, campaigns and events for professional services firms.
Your key responsibilities
You will work closely with the BMC leadership to shape and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote the firm’s services and brand awareness and reputation. Develop internal and external communications content that is delivered within and outside our organization, including our website content management system, social media management and marketing automation campaigns. Additionally, you will be creating and publishing new content for a variety of digital mediums in a creative way, liaising with clients, external agencies and in-house team members. The candidate will also support our teams in planning, promoting and executing events. More specifically, you will be expected to:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with service lines to develop content, execute marketing plans and initiatives to drive growth including thought leadership and surveys.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Develop and manage marketing assets while ensuring full consistency with brand visual identity and writing guidelines.
- Manage the firm’s website and social media accounts, ensuring that content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Oversee internal communications initiatives, including newsletters and company-wide announcements.
- Develop and manage external communications, such as press releases, email campaigns, and public speaking opportunities for the organization’s leadership.
- Manage external vendors, such as graphic designers, media and PR firms, to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Event planning, design and production.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the firm remains competitive in the marketplace.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 6+ years of experience in marketing for professional services firms, with a proven track record of success.
- An excellent academic background, including a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably in strategic marketing, communications or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in both English and Greek.
- Familiarity with web and content editing, SEO, content management systems and publishing tools (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software).
- Experience with InDesign/ Photoshop will be considered an asset.
