ASBISc Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB) – one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA Emerging Markets invites to take part in the competition for the vacancy of Logistics & Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in purchasing process of the company.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Receive and check commercial documents.
  • Place orders.
  • Arrange and control delivery.
  • Manage internal movement of goods between local warehouses and projects.
  • Control stock levels. Work with warehouse team.
  • Provide required details to the finance department.
  • Be a part of information flow regarding goods availability and delivery status.

Requirements:

  • BA or similar degree – supply chain/logistics/procurement focus is a plus.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics/Procurement.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages as advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Exact, SAP etc is a plus.
