Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding property development and investment company in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Interior Architect to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Interior Architect you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the interior design process and architectural design detailing, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion to the highest standard. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field, who possess approximately 4+ years of previous experience in a relevant role. You will need to possess excellent design and visualization skills, and be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Structural Interior Drawings.
  • Design detailing, including RCPs, Flooring Plans, Internal Elevations etc…
  • Onsite coordination with Contractors, Subcontractors and Project Architects.
  • Communication with clients, and Liaising with internal design and project management departments.
  • Material selection (Finishes, Booklets etc).
  • Onsite detailing clarifications with Contractors and Subcontractors.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
  • Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience in similar positions is essential.
  • Previous experience at a development company will be considered an advantage (preferably with on off-site experience).
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
