Overview
Qualifications/Skills:
- University degree in Law
- Experience in immigration and property law
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge and ability to understand contents of property & immigration material (procedures, applications, legal framework)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an advantage
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Legal assistance in property and/or immigration projects
- Preparing, executing, processing and/or reviewing legal documents (contracts, applications, etc.)
- Advising & supporting on legal matters related to property & immigration fields
- Preparation, assistance, permanent residence and other similar applications.
- Handling all aspects of Cyprus Immigration applications – Temporary Residence Permit, Yellow Slip, PR
