We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic professional to serve as the HR Administrator and support our HR Department in its primary and administrative duties. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process:
  • Preparation of new position approval forms and job adverts
  • CV screening and shortlisting
  • Schedule and organize interviews
  • Participate in applicant interviews
  • Manage communication with candidates
  • Coordinate and ensure the smooth induction of newly recruited employees.
  • Coordinate staff development and training process:
  • Identify training and development needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Maintain, monitor and update training records.
  • Assist in the design, development and delivery of training programs as per the Company’s annual training plan.
  • Access funding for trainings.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and updated employee files.
  • Maintain & update digital records of employees and data in the HRIS platform.
  • Administer everyday HR tasks such as preparation of confirmation letters, leave forms, contracts, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR related reports by recording new hires, terminations, transfers, changes in job classifications.
  • Assist and support the payroll process as and when required.
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Execute all necessary actions/submissions to local authorities (Ergani, ANAD etc.).
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Degree(s) in HR Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Related working experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
