Louis Hotels Plc Co Ltd, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual for one of its hotel units in Paphos, in the following position:

Front Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the Rooms division departments.
  • Resolve guest problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and follow up the daily routine and operation of the Front Office Dept.
  • Recruitment, training and supervise Front Office personnel.
  • Communication and cooperation with all departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work experience as a Front Office Manager or Supervisor in 4* or 5* hotel.
  • Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification.
  • Excellent knowledge level of English and /or Greek language.
  • Knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in Revenue Management will be considered as an advantage.
