Overview
Louis Hotels Plc Co Ltd, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual for one of its hotel units in Paphos, in the following position:
Front Office Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the Rooms division departments.
- Resolve guest problems quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up the daily routine and operation of the Front Office Dept.
- Recruitment, training and supervise Front Office personnel.
- Communication and cooperation with all departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Front Office Manager or Supervisor in 4* or 5* hotel.
- Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification.
- Excellent knowledge level of English and /or Greek language.
- Knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in Revenue Management will be considered as an advantage.
