Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established company specializing in the Sports Betting industry, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their expanding Call Centre based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally possess a minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a similar Customer Support role, and be willing and able to work on rotational shift patterns. A University Degree will be considered an advantage, but not essential, and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th Salary, Provident Fund, and Medical Insurance. Rotational Shift-Patterns include: 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00, 12:00 – 20:00 & 16:00 – 00:00.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients receive a high level of support and service.
- Consulting clients by email and live chat.
- Monitoring and managing the internal CRM system.
- Guide customers on the use of various services and products offered.
- Processing and handling of payments to customers.
- Implementation of procedures such as account identification verification and document evaluation (KYC) according to Company procedures.
- Close cooperation with the Risk Department to resolve any customer issues.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or knowledge of the betting market is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries through multiple customer service channels, including Email, Social Media, Live Chat & Phone.
- Fluency in written & spoken English and Greek is essential.
- Proven experience with computers and software applications.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to work on rotational shift patterns: 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00, 12:00 – 20:00 & 16:00 – 00:00.
