Overview
Our firm is seeking to recruit dynamic individual, for the following position:
Corporate Lawyer – Nicosia Office
Main Requirements/Duties:
- Deal with company law, commercial law and IP law matters.
- Drafting and review of legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, professional advisers and regulatory authorities necessary.
- Drafting of Legal Opinions.
- Legal Research
Qualifications required:
- LL.B and LL.M., (specialisation in company &/or commercial law will be considered an advantage);
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience gained in the corporate/commercial department of a top-tier law firm;
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task, work in a high- pressure environment and prioritize workload.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently as well as within a team, coupled with strong results orientation.
- Strong work ethic and commitment
- Possession of strong management skills and experience in client contact.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
