Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Trust & Corporate Services Provider with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team on a Part-Time basis. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law, Secretarial Studies or another relevant discipline, who possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant position. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the registration of new companies, the drafting of some basic legal documents, opening of bank accounts in Cyprus and/or abroad, as well as carrying out KYC procedures. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, and our client is seeking candidates who are able to commit to 20 working hours per week, between Monday and Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Registration of new Companies, submitting forms to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Drafting some basic legal documents, amendments (POA, Agreements, Resolutions).
  • Preparation of Corporate Register.
  • Opening bank accounts in Cyprus or abroad/updating KYC for the banks.
  • Audit assistance for Cyprus companies (providing legal documents and KYC).

Key Skills/Experience:

  • An academic background related to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant position is essential.
  • Previous experience working with Quorum and/or eBOS will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must.
  • Document management skills.
  • Pleasant personality, able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with her/his colleagues.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to multitask and willing to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
