Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of Legal and Corporate Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Law, Business Administration or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience working as a Corporate Administrator for either a Law Firm or Corporate Services provider. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek are a must. Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration package to the successful candidate, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing matters regarding the incorporation of companies and corporate governance, including handling various aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Maintaining and keeping up-to-date the corporate register and statutory records of companies as required.
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate documents such as resolutions, power of attorneys, incumbency certificates, and other relevant documents.
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, external regulators, and professional advisors.
  • Handling due diligence/KYC procedures, including setting up and managing compliance procedures, collecting and maintaining due diligence documents, ensuring compliance with AML legislation, and performing due diligence on clients.
  • Communicating with the Registrar of Companies, banks, and other relevant authorities.
  • Coordinating and performing regulatory filings and other relevant procedures with competent authorities in Cyprus.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • An academic background related to Law, Business Administration, or another relevant field is desirable.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience working as a Corporate Administrator for either a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider is a must.
  • Sound knowledge of how the Cyprus Registrar of Companies works.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
