Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies that provides a range of services including Accounting & Bookkeeping predominantly to the Forex industry, we are seeking to recruit a Complaints Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Complaints Officer, you will primarily be responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customers complaints within agreed timeframes via the telephone, email and live chat. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold relevant professional experience gained working in the Forex and/of Financial Services sectors, including knowledge of ticketing and CRM systems. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, with any knowledge of either German, Japanese or Korean considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customers complaints within given timeframes through various mediums including telephone and email.
  • Obtaining necessary information/updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the complaints.
  • Presenting detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of Department.
  • Negotiating suitable resolutions to complaints with clients.
  • Ensuring that all formal replies are provided accordingly depending on the task.
  • Providing complaints-related reports as requested.
  • Ensuring tickets and data capturing is accurate and timeous.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A University Degree is desirable, but not essential.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM.
  • Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Support, Back Office and/or Compliance is desirable.
  • Skilled in problem solving, punctuality, ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written is essential.
  • Knowledge of any of the following languages will be considered an advantage: German, Japanese, Korean.
  • Ability to handle large amount of data.
  • Attention to details & ability to follow procedures.
