CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading CySEC Regulated, Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Client Account Manager (Russian-Speaking) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Client Account Manager (Russian-Speaking) you will play a key role in the preparation of various reports for CySEC, as well as interacting with banks, and processing and monitoring Clients’ payments. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another relevant field, who possess proven experience in a relevant position, ideally working within a regulated environment. Fluency in both verbal and written Russian and English is essential, as well as strong knowledge of MS Excel. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience, and is happy to receive applications from candidates who require Work Permits here in Cyprus.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of CySEC reports: Quarterly statistics, RBSF, AIFMD.
  • Periodic calculation of own funds requirements.
  • Close cooperation with auditor on annual ICF & MiFID audit.
  • Provision of information on request of Risk and Compliance managers, including periodic Compliance review.
  • Interaction with the banks on Clients’ account opening (bank accounts, brokerage accounts).
  • Preparation and process Clients’ documents/KYC for account opening process worldwide.
  • Processing and monitoring Clients’ payments, reconciliation of Clients’ bank accounts.
  • Recording of investment transactions, daily reconciliation with brokers.
  • Preparation of Clients’ reports on regular basis.
  • Management and Performance fee calculation.
  • Close cooperation with IT team on ongoing automatisation of reporting.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another relevant field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in a relevant role within a regulated environment.
  • Excellent client service skills are a must.
  • Fluency in verbal and written Russian and English is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
