We are currently seeking to hire a Tax Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our Business Tax Compliance Department in Limassol, Cyprus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collecting the relevant documentation for creating a client records in the system using the company’s software.
  • Preparation, distribution and follow-up of Engagement Letters sent to clients.
  • Preparation and follow up of proposals sent to clients.
  • Obtaining local and global approvals before the commencement of work.
  • Preparation of standard letters, tax forms and declarations.
  • Preparation and sending of invoices to the clients (electronic and post).
  • Reminders to clients for unpaid invoices, unsigned tax forms and Engagement Letters.

Candidate Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge on MS Excel is also a requirement.
  • Fluency in reading, writing and communicating in English is a must.
  • A college degree on secretarial studies/office administration,  will be an advantage.
