What will your job look like?
- Provides customer support and acts as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries and complaints
- Troubleshoots and solves customers’ technical related issues
- Promotes company’s products and services
- Handles information and billing inquiries
All you need is…
- Educated to a degree level. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical area is preferable
- Experience in a service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer and internet applications
- Ability to work in a complex and high demanding environment
- Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language
- Availability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (5 shifts/week)
