Job Description
Our client, a leading Importer of fresh fruit and vegetables, is looking for a Billing Department Operator to join its Distribution Center in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
Management of the call center and electronic mail for order reception
Issuing of order forms
Issuing of invoices
Issuing of credit notes
Arrangement of invoice collections with the meters
Cash management and proper delivery of daily receipts
Any other work that arises and is relevant to the above tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma
Good knowledge of Greek and English
Good knowledge of computer use
Pleasant personality, speed, and consistency
Teamwork and collaborative spirit
Previous experience in a similar position or sector will be considered an additional qualification
Knowledge of the computerized accounting program SAP Business One will be considered an additional qualification
Working hours:
The operator will work five days a week, plus one Sunday per month.
Working days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (04:00 – 12:00) and one day on Tuesday or Saturday (04:00-12:00).
Sunday work is occasional. If the operator is called to work on a Sunday, the relevant compensation will be added to their salary.
Benefits:
The client is offering a salary starting at 1300 euros gross per month, plus a 13th salary
