Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), one of the oldest and most prestigious business schools in Cyprus, and equal opportunity employer, is looking to hire a high calibre individual to join its dynamic workforce in the position of the Admissions Officer.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

  • Dealing and follow-up with day to day admissions inquiries and applications as well as the collection of documentation
  • Ensure the excellent level of quality
  • Liaising with academic staff for admission matters and arrange the whole cycle of the interviews
  • Attending conferences/events and other recruitment activities that may require travel
  • Contributing to the effective implementation of any admissions policies and processes
  • General administrative duties
  • Providing support to the Marketing and Recruitment Director and the Marketing Department
  • Any other task as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sales, Business Management or any related field
  • Previous experience in Admissions & Student Recruitment will be considered an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative, communication, organisational, and computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Fluent in Greek and English
