Job Description

Our client, a Property Development Company in Limassol is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Officer.

Responsibilities: 
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to finance and operations
Collaborate with Managers in tracking project progress
Ensure business transactions are recorded accurately
Update financial databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Handle invoices, liaise with external accounting providers and perform reconciliations
Assist in report preparation and financial analysis

Requirements: 
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Excellent knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English. Russian is a plus
Previous experience in real estate
Strong organisational skills
Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work under pressure
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Working hours:
The working hours are 08:30-17:30 or 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (onsite)
