Job Description

Our client is an Insurance Brokerage firm based at the Larnaca Marina that is looking for a near-native English-speaking Administration Assistant.  The company was founded in 2008 and it is incorporated and regulated in Cyprus. They have offices in Larnaca, London and other international business centers.

Requirements:
Mission: Manage the full claims documentation lifecycle, including preparation, filing, and processing through designated channels. Prepare / amend Insurance Slips and Endorsements as well as presentations. Take care of day-to-day processing of documentation and funds through the Lloyd’s of London IT systems and related bookkeeping.
Outcomes within 6 months from hiring (the candidate will be fully trained):
Being able to proficiently use all Lloyd’s of London IT systems
Process premium payments and claims in a timely fashion
Prepare / amend insurance documentation for renewals without strict supervision
Process claims documentation without strict supervision.
Ensure each new file is properly stored in the company repository (including but not limited to signed documentation, correspondence, claims documentation) in accordance with the company policies

Mandatory requirements:
Fluent in English (place of work is an English-speaking environment)
Basic math-proficiency

Preferred requirements:
Up to 2 years’ experience in office environment (preferably insurance, finance, law)

Benefits:
1200-1500 Gross Monthly

Working Hours :
From 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
