Overview

Responsible for financial reporting and record maintenance of the subject matter area as well as legal entities both for local statutory reporting and consolidation purposes. Activities ensure compliance with US GAAP / local accounting standards and GAAP reporting requirements.

What will your job look like?
  • Manage the monthly accounting close process, including reconciliation and analysis of revenue, license fee and cost accounts and related balance sheet accounts such as deferred revenue, prepaids, unbilled receivables, unbilled payables, bad debt reserve
  • General ledger maintenance and research, including preparation of supporting schedules for P&L analysis
  • Assisting Billing, Royalty and FP&A teams as needed
  • Assisting with internal and external audit requests by preparing financial information and supporting schedules
  • Communicating internally, externally, and with foreign subsidiaries to obtain necessary information and provide necessary feedback for financial reporting purposes
  • Assisting with process improvement and policies and procedures update documentation
  • Assisting with special assignments and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
All you need is…
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and applications of accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, IF formulas, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP is desirable
  • Must have a strong initiative and be a self-motivated individual
  • A team player with a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
