CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests including significant operations in the Car Rental industry both locally and internationally, we are seeking to recruit an Accounting Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the issuance of invoices, carrying out regular reconciliations of reservations activity, and supporting the accounts payable and receivable function of the Group. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or another relevant field, who possess advanced skills with MS Excel, as well as a basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures. An attractive salary is on offer based on skills and experience, as well as the option for Hybrid working conditions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of invoices to Clients and Partners of the Group.
  • Carrying our regular reconciliations relating to reservations activity for the Group.
  • Supporting the accounts payable and receivable function.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to Brokers and/or Franchisees on their account status.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by Brokers and/or Franchisees in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
