Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of online foreign exchange (forex) trading, CFD trading and spread betting, is looking for an Italian-speaking Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team based in Nicosia. As a Italian Client Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for supporting clients’ trading and investing activities on the platform. You will work in an international environment, introducing traders and investors to a premium multi-asset platform. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer services (no investment advice).

Your Responsibilities:
Manage the entire onboarding process, from first contact to active trading
Assist in the collection of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation during the onboarding process
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering high-quality support and excellent service
Respond to client inquiries regarding our trading products and platform features
Assist clients with account management and platform navigation (no investment advice)
Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities for audit and regulatory reporting purposes
Collaborate closely with teams across London, New York, Cyprus, Sofia, Melbourne, and Hong Kong
Consistently meet and exceed team targets and KPIs

What You Bring:
Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, preferably in finance or a related field
You communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, with excellent Italian (business fluent) and good English skills – both on the phone and via email
You have a passion for financial markets and solid foundational knowledge in this area
You enjoy working with clients and have a strong customer service orientation
You take pride in high-quality work, are proactive in learning new topics independently, and know when to ask the right questions
You are able to react quickly and solve problems in real-time
